So it has taken us a very long time to get through the renovations of our new townhouse but Nestor and I are very excited to finally be done. We of course still need to make a few changes in another bathroom and the basement rental kitchen but that will come in time. We are so excited to just enjoy our new place! Lots of thanks goes out to Nestor's Dad and Uncle for putting so much time and effort into the entire renovation process. Also to Sam for putting up the beautiful cabinets for us. We have been blessed to have such great people in our lives.
About our townhouse: It has four bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms on three levels. We are currently renting the basement out, which has a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. We didn't add any pictures of the basement because of privacy to the renter. When we make changes down there I will add updated pictures.
This is a before and after of the dining room. We painted it a new color and bought a new dining room set.
These are pictures of the before and after of the kitchen. The kitchen renovation took the longest. We had horrible issues with recieving our cabinets. You wouldn't think for such a small kitchen that it would take that long but it did.
These are pictures of the two extra bedrooms upstairs before and after. I forgot to take a before picture of the room that is our computer room right now but it use to be bright blue. As you can tell the people before us had a little boy and little girl.
These are before and after pictures of the master bedroom.
These are before and after pictures of the master bathroom. We had this room totally gutted and they did an awesome job of tiling the shower.

Wow, so modernized! I love it. It's just missing one thing...by April 2010 maybe you'll have figured it out!
I love your house! I love all the colors, styles, and decor you used! Your kitchen looks amazing. Hopefully soon we can come for a visit and see it in person! Great work!
Looks great! I really like the uniformity of color, everything meshes so well. Where is Baby Sandoval going? You guys really did a great job!
