Cancun......So I was a little hesitant about booking a vacation to Cancun because I always associate Cancun with college students/spring break. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to Cancun though. The hotel zone in Cancun was very clean and really nice but the ocean took the cake with the amazing blue waters. We stayed at the Royal Sunset Resort. We were able to take a ferry across the lagoon to the sister hotel to use the amenities there too. During our stay we went sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, and to the Mayan ruins in Tulum. Our favorite parts were Tulum and the snorkeling on the small island called Isla Mujeres (women's island, yes I am learning spanish). The snorkeling was incredible....the fish we saw were so amazing and unique. We are very thankful for this past year together and are really looking forward to the years to come. We are extremely blessed.
